On to the adventure. Let's just say that I have no idea how I survived being in there. It was massive, but there had to have been a thousand people there all with massive rollie cart things behind them and it was the most disorganized sight I have ever seen and there was way too much merchandise. But here;s the killer: the janitorial staff would be constantly walking around with one of those massive broom things that you just lush in front of you. And it wasn't just dirt that they were trying to get rid of, it was the HUNDREDS MAYBE THOUSANDS of cheap hangers that had fallen to the ground by the careless customers that were packed into a store that had too much product.
How did I make it out without having a panic attack? I seriously have no idea. And I bought stuff too. I managed to try stuff on. I haven't been in a dressing room in months and I ventured out of that comfort zone, and even stood in line for 15 minutes to do so, coming away with three shirts, a throw blanket, and a small pillow that has a cat face on it (thereby matching the towel I purchased at the beginning of the trip).
What's the attraction? It's dirt cheap, a very refreshing sight for a poor girl like me in an expensive city like London.
Now I ask you what the attraction behind McDonald's is. Probably that it's dirt cheap. And you probably see where this is going. We ended up at McDonald's seeking comfort in the 69 pence ice cream cone. You all need to know something about McDonald's here though. It's actually good. I would never choose to go to McDonald's while at home, but the food is much better quality and the restaurant is clean and the girl employees wear skirts!

In a crazy turn of events I went back out after arriving at home with a belly full of ice cream and a bag full of purchases (this was at about 9 o'clock, which is getting pretty late for me). I tagged along on a "Tour de Dessert" which included three stops: gelato, froyo, and crepes. I did a pretty good job at resisting, only stealing a few bites from my friend (thanks Maddi, you're pretty cool)
Stay sweet! (hehe get it sweet because of all the dessert? I am so funny sometimes)
